See if you can get to 6,500 names = $3,000 or so.
Transfer (sale) date: should be old as possible (meaning they lived there a long time) to 00/00/00 – 12/31/2010 ( we do not want 2011 – 2014 sold houses to come up).
Parcel / Lot size: 3,500 SF – 25,000 SF (we don’t want small lots, and trust me …waste of time on huge development lots…at least for this round).
Age of House (year built): max is 2009 (we don’t want newer built homes). No minimum age as some Seattle houses built in early 1900’s.
Assessed Value of house (assessed tax value): max is $550,000 (we don’t really want expensive homes…at least this round).
Don’t plug anything in for bed/bath count
OK if it is occupied by owner or not (absentee) = we like both/either
Listed for Sale? If this is an option, select NO (we don’t want listed properties)
