3 Seller leads that WILL take a your time, and HOW to identify them!
- The seller that is going to be having a open house & having all of the brokers/investors come to the home one day and YOU can come & compete for the property.
Put the ball back in there court. Let them know you are a professional, that they can gather all the info from brokers & investors in the area and let you know what # you need to be at to win the bid.
2. Sellers who say ” I might sell my home, you called me..make an offer (without viewing the property)”
Again put the ball in your court. Ask to see photos of the property and from there you can start to have a discussion. Or, ask what the # is that they are looking for and you can say yes or no.
3. On the homes that are questionable if they are a wholesale deal. Ask what the sellers what plan B is if a cash offer will not qualify.
If the answer is something other than list the property with an agent than its a good idea to start digging deeper in to the property to find out if its a wholesale deal.
