The question is Do I need to let my Designated broker know i’m wholesaling?
You should disclose to everyone what your doing. The reason is because there could be state laws & rules to follow in order to wholesale properties through your brokerage.
What if the designated broker says you can’t wholesale properties?
It might be a good time to look for a new brokerage
But asking questions about why the brokerage wont allow it is a good start, it might just be a lack of understanding.
Wholesaling in Seattle is perfectly legal & not everyone is aware of that.
